About our Program

Week-long Sessions All Summer Long!

Rising 2nd - 5th Graders

We'll learn all about taking care of pets, what we do at the animal hospital, and how to be safe around dogs.

Advanced groups during our Elementary session for previous VetCamp attendees that are rising 4th or 5th graders.  (Limited enrollment)

At Waxhaw Animal Hospital, we love sharing our experiences and knowledge with our community, and value the opportunity to pass on our passion for animals and their care with future veterinarians or veterinary professionals!  Even if you just love animals and want a chance to get to know how to be around them, take care of them, and learn about medical care for them, you will love our program.  Our Vet Camp Director has a background in teaching all ages, our veterinarians and veterinary staff love sharing their experiences with kids, and our Vet Camp staff will enjoy leading activities and experiences for the campers!

Check out our Facebook Events section to see what we did in past years each week, and upcoming events for each week this year to be posted!
